Picual Alfanje triple
Picual variety has a strong personality. Its main characteristic is a bitter touch in the aftertaste due to its high content of polyphenols, which are a healthy natural antioxidant. Picual variety is the most widely cultivated in the south of Spain.
Picual variety has a less fruity flavour and causes a more pricking sensation in the mouth. The fresh EVOO is greenish-yellow coloured.

I buy 3 x 5L all for myself and find massive savings vs buying from supermarkets like Waitrose. It stores well in the pantry. I use lots of it for dipping eggs, on salads and vegetables and sometimes over cooked dishes to make them less dry and add a flavour profile.
Its a great consistency oil with great flavour and probably lots of preserved health benefits.

I have the best customer service experience than any had in very long time.
The oil was taken longer than a week and started to get worry do I contacted customer service and the text me with all the information and giving a compensation for the waiting.
During the delivery the company get a part missing from the free bottle the sender send me with the 3 bottle of 5 litters and I menciones to the fella when he contacted to confirm the delivery and he send that part in a new parcel in few days.
Definitely I will buy again and share my experience with friends.
